Job Summary

Performs specific dietetic duties in the area of food preparation, service and delivery. Responsible for general, cleanliness and maintenance of the dietetic department.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School/GED
• License & Certifications: Food Handlers Certification
• Work Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in food service.
• Equipment Operated: Knowledge of computer and calculator helpful.
• Special Requirements Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contract), Writing /Composing ( Reports)
• Other Skills: Word Processing
