Nutella Cafe - Cafe Associate

About the role

Join the team at the Nutella Café Chicago as we prepare for our exciting reopening this June! We’re growing our team and hiring multiple Café Associates to help bring the energy, warmth, and delicious experience of Nutella to guests from around the world.

Responsibilities

- Welcoming guests and providing friendly customer service - Taking orders and processing payments - Preparing and serving food and beverages - Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment - Supporting food preparation, inventory, and back-of-house operations - Following food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

Requirements

- Enjoy working with people and delivering great customer service - Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Be dependable, positive, and eager to learn - Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays - Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) - Have or are willing to obtain a food safety certification

No previous experience required — training will be provided!

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $16.60 - $18.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
