Position Summary
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and works flexibly to meet business needs.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Prepares food according to specifications; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution.
- Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; understands and plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates an understanding of product and layout execution.
- Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick-up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
- Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assists members with purchasing decisions; locates merchandise; resolves member issues and concerns.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the brand; develops, influences, and inspires others in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented manner; understands roadblocks and assists in training.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these in executing business processes and practices.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if offered the position

- Food Safety Certification
- Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety)
