What You'll Do
- Lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
- Oversight of the facility operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation.
- Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards.
- Mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor
- Valid state nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

$5000 sign-on bonus for RNs working 11p-7am shift
