Nursing Supervisor (RN) - Ambulatory

Join our team as a perioperative nursing leader responsible for managing patient care from pediatrics to geriatrics in the OR and PACU. Responsibilities include: supervising nursing staff and OR personnel, ensuring safety and infection control, coordinating staffing and supplies, assisting surgeons, maintaining equipment, and overseeing quality improvement activities.Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), current RN licensure, minimum of two years perioperative nursing experience, management experience preferred, and BCLS certification. Specialty certifications are a plus.Skills required: strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical skills; knowledge of nursing principles, safety protocols, and perioperative procedures.Additional duties: developing policies, managing budgets, staff training, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
