Nursing Supervisor - Nights

Responsibilities

• Document resident status as per policy.
• Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Schedule staff and secure replacements for absences to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Participate in the admission of new residents.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and actively promote an independent lifestyle.
• Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop and monitor care plans, re-assessing each resident as necessary.
• Prepare daily reports to the Director of Clinical Services regarding facility conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.

Requirements

• Experience in Nursing in Senior Living.
• Compassionate & Confident.
• Strong supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• LPN / RN.
