Responsibilities

• Represent Hospital and Nursing Administration in their absence
• Support the mission, vision and values of Medical City Sachse and the philosophy of the Department of Nursing
• Promote, advocate for and support the nursing staff's primary commitment to protect the health, safety and rights of the individual, family and community
• When assisting in patient care activities, be accountable for practice and care coordination
• Practice autonomously utilizing evidence-based practices

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree Required
• 5 years progressive nursing experience
• 2 years Supervisory experience Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
