Nursing Supervisor

Role: Supervisor Nursing Responsibilities: Lead nursing team to provide safe, patient-centered care in a collaborative, academic medical setting. Oversee daily unit operations, including staffing , scheduling , and workflow management to ensure adequate coverage aligned with patient acuity. Mentor and evaluate nursing staff, promote ongoing learning, and support the implementation of evidence-based practices. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance quality , patient safety , and regulatory compliance Foster a culture of respect, diversity, innovation, staff well-being, and professional development.
