Responsibilities
- Perform clinical procedures and deliver direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.
- Support healthcare team members and assist with technical tasks validated by unit competency.
- Provide patient support within scope restrictions, avoiding licensed tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently enrolled in an accredited RN program with a graduation date in 2026/2027 or 2027/2028.
- Completed Fundamentals of Nursing course.
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
- Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
