About the Role
Responsible for performing patient care/service activities/procedures as outlined by the state board of nursing and within the Nevada Nurse Practice Act. Performs assigned duties under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient care activities and procedures per state board of nursing guidelines
- Carry out duties under licensed nursing staff supervision
- Provide care appropriate to patient populations served
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program and has completed at least the first semester
- Current BLS certification
- Must provide most current competency check-off list from school to supervising manager and maintain current competencies
- Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the patient
