Nursing Scheduler Staffing Coordinator Qualifications
- Must have Long Term Care Experience in staffing
- Must have at least 2 years experience in a fast paced office setting
Nursing Scheduler Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities
- Create completed monthly schedule for nursing employees according to facility needs and budget
- Use company software to effectively and consistently create schedule according to facility needs and budget
- Report open shifts to HR and Administration for hiring purposes
- Manage employee vacations, FMLA Leave, PTO, Sick, and Light Duty in the monthly schedule
- Fill open shifts in the daily schedule as a result of call-outs or no call no show
- Track absences, lateness, call-outs and no call no shows and report to the Director of Nursing for disciplinary action if necessary
- Provide daily reports to Administration with number of employees who worked each day
- Perform other related job duties as required
