About the Role

Pawtucket Falls Health Care is seeking a compassionate and organized Nursing Scheduler to join our dedicated team. As a Nursing Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care facility by coordinating staffing schedules, managing employee hours, and providing exceptional support to our nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for our residents' needs
• Manage employee hours, time off, and attendance to maintain compliance with OSHA and state regulations
• Collaborate with our nursing team to identify staffing needs and develop effective scheduling solutions
• Develop and maintain accurate records of staffing schedules, time and attendance, and employee data
• Provide exceptional customer service to our nursing staff, residents, and their families
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements
