Responsibilities

• Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards; may supervise CNAs as directed
• Assist with patients' personal hygiene, including bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, shaves, and bathroom travel
• Support activities of daily living by assisting with meals, feeding patients as needed, ambulating, turning, and positioning patients
• Provide fresh water and nourishment between meals
• Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs and weight, testing urine, and recording intake and output information

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience working with an elderly population
• Current or previous training and experience passing medication
