About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
  • Lead project teams through all phases of development, from conception to launch
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize workflows and reduce costs
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Git
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule
