Nursing Manager | Remote

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff assignments, compliance reviews, and other management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and clinical-service feasibility.
• Review healthcare management scenarios involving budgeting, personnel administration, records management, and program planning and provide expert feedback.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience as a Medical and Health Services Manager, Clinical Director, Nurse Manager, Nursing Director, Health Information Manager, or another closely related healthcare management role.
• Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services across hospitals, clinics, managed care organizations, public health agencies, or similar settings.
• Strong written English communication skills.
