We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "A LITTLE ABOUT US" and "WE OFFER" and "Job Description" etc. We need headings:

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Content: - A LITTLE ABOUT US: description of Dungarvin mission, etc. This is about the organization. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. But we have "A LITTLE ABOUT US" which is about company. Could map to "About the role"? Might be better to use "About the role" for role description, but we have separate "Job Description". The instructions say use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings where appropriate. We have: - About the role: maybe combine "A LITTLE ABOUT US" and "Job Description" (the description of what you get to do). But "Job Description" includes responsibilities. Better to have sections: - About the role: description of role (Nursing Services Manager responsibilities). Could include "WHAT YOU GET TO DO:" bullet list. - Responsibilities: maybe same as above? But we need to avoid duplication. Could combine. - Requirements: Qualifications (MUST HAVES) and maybe NICE TO HAVE. - Skills: "SKILLS CRITICAL FOR SUCCESS". - Benefits: "WE OFFER" includes compensation, work environment, schedule, travel, retirement plan, hardware stipend, time away, insurance & health, employee perks, job mobility, mileage reimbursement. - Pay: compensation details: "$71,335.76 Annually Fixed Rate plus $5,000 retention bonus". That's pay. - Schedule: "Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST with on-call responsibilities as needed". Also travel requirement. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All sections have real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Nursing Services Manager". We'll not put that as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; there is none visible. We must remove boilerplate: "IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Dungarvin, Compass, Cambrian are equal opportunity employers. 9/28 #DINJ" - that's EEO boilerplate, remove. Also remove duplicated lines. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    About the role

... description of role and mission? Could combine A LITTLE ABOUT US and Job Description overview.

But we also have "WHAT YOU GET TO DO:" list of responsibilities. Could put that under Responsibilities. Thus:

But note: Pay and Schedule sections are supposed to be separate if posting actually states them. The instructions: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state compensation and schedule, so we could create separate Pay and Schedule sections. However we already included compensation and schedule in Benefits. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine compensation and schedule into Benefits, but we also have separate Pay and Schedule headings allowed. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So they list possible headings. It says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid creating many thin sections. If we put compensation and schedule in Benefits, that's fine. But we also have Pay and Schedule as possible headings; we could omit them to keep fewer sections. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we have it in Benefits. That's acceptable. But we also have "Work Environment: Onsite in Indianapolis" and "Team Culture". Those are also benefits. Thus we can have Benefits section covering all. We also have "Qualifications" heading; we used Requirements for MUST HAVES and NICE TO HAVE. Could also have Qualifications heading separate. The list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We have Requirements (must haves) and Skills. Could also have Qualifications heading for nice-to-have? But we already have Requirements and Skills. The instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could have both Requirements and Qualifications. But we must avoid thin sections. We could combine MUST HAVES and NICE TO HAVE under Qualifications, and then Skills separate. Or we could have Requirements for must haves, Qualifications for nice-to-have, Skills for skills. That's three sections, each substantive. That's okay. Let's decide: - Requirements: MUST HAVES (list) - Qualifications: NICE TO HAVE (list) - Skills
