Nursing Manager (Full-Time Days)

Responsibilities Manage the assigned unit 24/7, ensuring patient care meets established standards. Oversee clinical operations, promote quality improvement, and support staff to deliver exceptional care. Foster a collaborative environment aligned with performance improvement and patient safety protocols. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required.Minimum of two years of clinical experience and one to two years of progressive management experience.Current RN license in the state of Nevada.Certification in BCLS and ACLS.Proficient in computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.Ability to provide age-appropriate care for diverse patient populations.
