About the role
General Purpose: Assist undergraduate and graduate nursing students with practice and competency evaluation of nursing skills in a supportive, nurturing, clinical environment. Participates in Simulation Based Education (SBE) across nursing curriculums.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing students with the support necessary to practice nursing skills.
- Administer competency evaluation of psychomotor skills for undergraduate students with reinforcement and remediation of nursing skills as warranted.
- Facilitate simulation experiences: setup, scenario competency, breakdown of environment, and debriefing.
- Assist with the day-to-day activities of the CLC.
- Assist with maintenance of laboratory environment, inventory of supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Registered Nurse, B.S.N)
- 5 to 8 years of clinical experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Pay
Hiring annual salary for this position is $70,000 to $72,000. This hourly pay range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting. Schedule
Monday - Friday, Daily hours may vary between 7:30am to 8:00pm. Work location may be flexible under some circumstances: 2 lab sites. Evenings and occasional weekends
