About the role
Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a Nursing Internship Coordinator for our ADN & LPN programs.
Responsibilities
- Acquire sites for student internships
- Perform site visits
- Arrange internship schedules at the facilities
- Solicit suggestions of potential sites
- Contact the appropriate staff at the site and make a preliminary site visits to assess suitability
- Have responsibilities for didactic instruction
- Assist students with preparation for the NCLEX post-graduation
- Submit necessary paperwork to the facility prior to the internship
Qualifications
- Experience for at least two years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse
- Master’s Degree with a major in nursing
- Current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio
