What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real-world nursing workflows
• Review and assess how well AI systems represent EHR documentation, clinical decision-making, and nursing processes
• Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs in AI responses related to healthcare settings
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI developers improve clinical content quality
• Translate your hands-on nursing experience into actionable insights for technical teams
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with direct patient care experience
• Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics concepts
• Able to evaluate clinical content critically and communicate findings clearly in writing
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing education
• Experience with data quality review, clinical auditing, or documentation improvement
• Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation
• Advanced nursing credentials or specialty certifications
