We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes description text. We need to follow rules: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - Description: "$5000 New Hire Bonus! MedVet is a fast-growing Emergency and Specialty provider with practices nationwide. We help our patients receive advanced medical treatments and innovations. Things like chemotherapy and radiation, cardiac ablations, treatments for glaucoma, physical rehabilitation, dermatology and so much more! We are looking for collaborative and driven people to join our clinical team. We thrive on people living out our core values of Teamwork, Leadership and Compassion to get their job done. Use your passion to drive the MedVet experience for our clients and patients, as well as your teammates." That's about the role/company. Could be "About the role" or "About MedVet". Use heading

    About the role

maybe. - Schedule: "We are looking for: Nursing & ICU Licensed Veterinary Technician Schedule: This is a full-time, overnight, position with weekly hours of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7pm to 7:00am." So schedule details: full-time overnight, weekly hours Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7pm-7am. We need a Schedule section if posting actually states them. Yes schedule is given. - What you’ll do: list of duties. That's responsibilities. - Who you are: requirements: Washington State Registered Veterinary Technician license required, MedVet provides license transfer assistance, Prior veterinary experience required, previous nursing or critical care experience desired, Proficient in calculations, Flexibility with work hours, Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Perks and Benefits include: list of benefits. - Compensation: initial hiring range $24.75 to $40.00 per hour based on skillset and experience. Shift differentials details. - Also mention $5000 New Hire Bonus! That's a bonus; could be part of Compensation or Benefits. Probably include in Compensation or Benefits. Since it's a monetary bonus, maybe include in Compensation section. - Also mention "Come as you are. MedVet is an equal opportunity employer..." That's EEO boilerplate; remove. - Also mention drug-free organization, background check, unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters: remove as boilerplate. We need to avoid duplication. We need to decide sections: Could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay (Compensation), Schedule. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All sections have content. We need to use

for each heading. Inside sections, we need to use

    for prose, and

    • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content. About the role: The initial paragraph(s) describing MedVet, mission, values, looking for collaborative people. Could be one

. Responsibilities: The "What you’ll do:" bullet list. We'll convert each line to

    • . Requirements: The "Who you are:" bullet list. Convert to
    • . Benefits: The "Perks and Benefits include:" list. Convert to
    • . Pay: Compensation details: initial hiring range $24.75 to $40.00 per hour based on skillset and experience. Shift differentials: Hours worked between 8pm and 11:59pm = base pay + $2/hour; Hours worked between 12am to 7:59am = base pay + $3/hour; Hours worked on Weekends (day or night) = base pay +$1/hour + any applicable differential. Also $5000 New Hire Bonus. Could be part of Pay. Schedule: "This is a full-time, overnight, position with weekly hours of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7pm to 7:00am." We might also include the job title "Nursing & ICU Licensed Veterinary Technician" but we shouldn't repeat job title as heading; we can include it in a paragraph maybe under About the role or Schedule. The posting says "We are looking for: Nursing & ICU Licensed Veterinary Technician Schedule: ..." So we can include that as part of Schedule or a short paragraph. We need to avoid duplication: The schedule paragraph includes the job title; we can keep it. Now produce HTML. Structure:

      $5,000 New Hire Bonus.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, drug screen, background check, unsolicited resumes. We removed them. Check for duplication: The schedule section includes job title; we didn't repeat elsewhere. Check for any missing substantive info: The $5000 New Hire Bonus is included. The description about MedVet's services is included. The core values mention included. The "Never a dull moment in the Nursing department!" sentence is not included; we omitted it. Is that substantive? It's a comment about the department; maybe it's fluff but still part of description. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Should we include that sentence? It's not a list, it's prose. It says "Never a dull moment in the Nursing department! Our patients need constant supervision to ensure treatment plans are being executed. This department is perfect for someone who can identify patient distress and react accordingly, enjoys phlebotomy, placing IV catheters, assisting with recovery and client follow up and education." That's substantive description of the nursing department and what the role entails. It could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. It's not a list; we should include as prose. We missed it. Let's incorporate that into About the role or a separate section like "About the Nursing Department". But we should not create thin sections. Could add to About the role paragraph. Thus modify About the role paragraph to include that sentence. Also we have "We are looking for: Nursing & ICU Licensed Veterinary Technician Schedule: ..." we already used in Schedule. Now ensure we didn't miss any other details: The "Things like chemotherapy and radiation, cardiac ablations, treatments for glaucoma, physical rehabilitation, dermatology and so much more!" we included as "such as chemotherapy and radiation, cardiac ablations, treatments for glaucoma, physical rehabilitation, dermatology, and more." Good. Now check for any other details: "We thrive on people living out our core values of Teamwork, Leadership and Compassion to get their job done." included. "Use your passion to drive the MedVet experience for our clients and patients, as well as your teammates." included. Now check responsibilities list: we captured all bullet points. Let's verify original list: - Record and deliver organized rounds, discuss cases and gather additional information as necessary - Evaluating incoming patients and prioritizing based on assessment - Partner with patient care team regarding treatment plans, client communication and nursing care concerns - Provide client education including, but not limited to: home care instructions, medications (indications, adverse reactions) and general wellness updates on hospitalized patients - Assist DVM with patient assessment, treatment and procedures - Provide monitoring and nursing care to hospitalized patients - Induce and monitor general anesthesia and sedation procedures - Perform in-house laboratory testing and prepare samples for outside laboratory testing All present. Requirements list: original: - Washington State Registered Veterinary Technician license required
