Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality meals to our residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow established recipes and menus to ensure consistency and quality of meals
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines
• Aid with menu planning and inventory management to ensure optimal food supplies and cost control
• Collaborate with the dietary team to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate records and reports of food production and inventory

Requirements

• Prior experience in food preparation and service, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling resident information
