Nursing Home Concierge

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Serve as the first point of contact and provide general information about the facility
• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist with inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist with visitor check-in procedures and ensure adherence to facility guidelines
• Support residents and families with non-clinical requests and concerns
• Cook up communication between departments as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service, hospitality, or receptionist experience preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills required
