Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)

Aviata Health Group is searching for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our resident- and family-focused community in Lake Mary, FL. This role is ideal for a team builder excited about shaping facility culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development to facility management and team members.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative activities, including profit and loss responsibility and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead all facility staff in delivering quality resident care.
• Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct annual evaluations of goal achievement.
• Recruit, hire, and provide orientation/training for staff to carry out facility programs and services.
• Maintain and guide the implementation of facility policies and procedures in compliance with corporate, state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Drive innovative, responsible healthcare through the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts to improve systems and processes.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an administrator in a long-term or subacute care facility.
• Proven leadership ability and demonstrated skills in management, planning, budgeting, marketing, and quality improvement.
