About the role
Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes, focusing on daily living activities, medication administration, and health monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor client’s health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and family members to ensure continuity of care
- Ensure home safety and security for clients
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Passing score on a background check
- Previous home care experience preferred
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and flexibility
Skills
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of common medical conditions and treatments
