About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to join our team as a key member of our leadership group. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our rehabilitation and long-term care facility, ensuring exceptional care for seniors in a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality of care and services provided to residents.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and staff development.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of facilities, equipment, and supplies.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or related healthcare leadership role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and recommendations.
