About the role
Evergreen Healthcare Group is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with an intuitive, flexible, and entrepreneurial spirit. As the administrator, you are responsible for the overall management of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Financial Management
- Quality Management
- Human Resource Management
- Physical Plant Management
- Marketing & Community Relations
- Ensure familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with center staff and customers
Requirements
- Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator (required)
- Two years’ experience as an Executive Director (preferred)
