About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead Dove Healthcare - St. Croix Falls, a 50-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located at 750 East Louisiana Street, St. Croix Falls, WI 54024. This is a rare opportunity for the right candidate to join our team and work alongside an experienced, successful management team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead people at various levels while providing feedback to create a supportive environment.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Independently develop educated decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or adequate experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current Wisconsin licensed nursing home administrator or be in the process of obtaining a license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous administrator experience.

Pay
Competitive pay, plus a sign-on or relocation bonus of up to $15,000 (up to $7,500 in relocation assistance or sign-on bonus).
