We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Jersey College" description, then "Position Summary", then "Essential Functions", then "Qualifications" (with Required and Preferred), then "Skills & Abilities", then "Why Join Jersey College?" (benefits? maybe not benefits but why join). There's no explicit Pay, Schedule, Benefits. So we should not create those sections. We must use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Remove duplicated lines. We need to decide headings: "About the role"? The posting has "About Jersey College" description. Could treat as "About the role"? But instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings where appropriate. We have: - About Jersey College (institution description) -> could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic; but we have description of college. Could use "About the role" heading and put that paragraph. - Position Summary -> could be "Responsibilities"? Or we could have a separate heading "Position Summary" but instruction only lists examples; we can still use other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to stick to those. So we need to map content to those headings. We have: - About the role: description of Jersey College and vision. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions (list of duties). - Requirements: Qualifications (Required Qualifications). - Skills: Skills & Abilities. - Benefits: Why Join Jersey College? (maybe benefits). Could treat as Benefits. We also have Preferred Qualifications; could be part of Requirements or separate? Could include under Requirements as sublist? But we must not invent headings not listed. Could include both Required and Preferred under Requirements heading, maybe separate subheadings? But we cannot add extra headings beyond those? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not exclusive. However later: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits. That seems fine. We need to put Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications under Requirements. Could separate with

    or

      . We'll list required as
      • ... and preferred as another
. Skills & Abilities as Skills section. Why Join Jersey College? as Benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. The title "Nursing Instructor" appears at top; we should not make a heading for it. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate: NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY etc. We must preserve all substantive information: ensure we keep all details from Essential Functions, Qualifications, Skills & Abilities, Why Join. We need to format as HTML fragment only. Let's extract content. About Jersey College paragraph: "Jersey College is an institution of higher learning dedicated to excellence and innovation in nursing education. Our vision is to be nationally recognized for providing high-quality nursing education while creating pathways for professional growth. Since our founding, Jersey College has graduated more than 13,500 nurses." That's about the college. Position Summary paragraph: "The Nursing Instructor is responsible for providing high-quality nursing instruction and clinical education to LPN/PN and RN students. Depending on program and campus needs, instructors may provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction. The instructor creates a supportive learning environment, evaluates student performance and competency, and guides students in developing the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors necessary for success in nursing. The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for education, strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to student achievement." That could be part of Responsibilities or About the role. We'll treat as part of Responsibilities maybe. Essential Functions list (many items). We'll convert each to
        • . Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher nursing degree required. - Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state required. - Minimum of 3 years of recent professional Registered Nurse experience. - Clinical experience relevant to the nursing courses and clinical experiences being taught. - Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a nursing specialty that contributes to student learning. Now produce HTML. Structure:

In the original Skills & Abilities list, there were two occurrences: "Excellent verbal and written communication skills." appears twice (once near start, once later).
