Nursing Facility RN, Unit Manager
Position Summary
The Long Term Care Manager provides leadership and oversight for resident care services at Trinity Homes, supporting the health, safety, and overall well-being of residents through high-quality, person-centered care. This role manages daily clinical operations, supervises nursing staff, and works closely with interdisciplinary partners to maintain regulatory compliance and support positive resident outcomes. As part of a collaborative care leadership team, the manager promotes effective communication, responsible resource utilization, and a supportive work environment. Through continuous improvement efforts and consistent leadership presence, the position strengthens care delivery, staff engagement, and operational performance within the long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily resident care services to ensure safe, compassionate, and resident focused care in alignment with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise nursing staff by providing coaching, performance feedback, and guidance to maintain a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with nursing supervisors and serve as charge nurse when needed to support clinical operations and respond to resident needs.
- Monitor quality indicators, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance, implementing improvements to enhance care outcomes and operational effectiveness.
- Promote continuous improvement by applying lean principles and partnering with interdisciplinary teams to streamline processes and address operational challenges.
