About the role

Responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality patient and resident care within an assigned unit. The Unit Manager/Director - RN leads and coordinates nursing operations to ensure clinical excellence, compliance with regulations, and satisfaction of patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing care delivery and unit operations.
• Ensure care aligns with organizational values, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Oversee human resources, including staffing, recruitment, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
