About the Role
A full-time Nursing Faculty member responsible for educating and mentoring nursing students in a dynamic and collaborative learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead learning activities and facilitate student engagement.
- Develop, evaluate, and update nursing curricula to ensure quality education.
- Monitor and ensure student outcomes meet state and accreditation standards.
- Support a collaborative and innovative learning environment.
- Travel to clinical sites as needed; may involve evening or weekend duties.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- MSN degree.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic educational setting and collaborate effectively.
