What You’ll Do
- Effectively problem solves, provides intervention and follows through on patient care, clinical, employee, interdepartmental and/or administrative issues.
- Initiates, plans and provides for education, maintenance and competence assessment regarding patient care and clinical policies, protocols and practices.
- Professionally communicates and supports the hospital mission, vision and values, as well as departmental goals to all staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program
- Registered Nurse license of practicing state
- Two years of clinical management experience
Preferred Requirements
- Five years of clinical management experience
