Nursing Coordinator - Night shift with Day rotations

About the role
As Nursing Coordinator, you will coordinate staffing adjustments and patient placement/bed coordination activity for the Department of Nursing. This role serves as an administrative resource to nursing personnel, physicians, ancillary departments, and the administrator on call. This is a professional development opportunity that will afford you enhanced system-wide knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing adjustments and patient placement/bed coordination for the Department of Nursing.
- Serve as an administrative resource to nursing personnel, physicians, ancillary departments, and the administrator on call.
Requirements
- BSN required.
- BCLS required; ACLS preferred.
- Three (3) years of Nursing experience in an acute care facility required.
- Management/leadership experience preferred (Charge Nurse experience at minimum).
Schedule
- 72 hours per pay period, full-time flex, benefit-eligible position.
- Night shift with rotation to day shift, 12-hour shifts.
- Works at Christiana Hospital with possible rotations to Wilmington Hospital as needed.
- Includes holidays and weekends per department guidelines.
Pay
Hourly pay range: $44.58 - $71.34. The actual salary within this range will depend on individual factors including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications.
