Nursing CNA (PRN)

The Nursing Team at Messiah Lifeways is seeking dedicated PRN Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Our PRN CNA team members must commit to a minimum of 32 hours per month with 16 of those hours being worked on weekends - during their assigned shift. Outside of the minimum requirement, PRN CNAs can pick up additional hours on other shifts (if available). What You’ll Do Assist residents with meals, nourishment, and feedingSupport mobility needs, including transfers with mechanical or staff assistanceEscort or transport residents to activities, appointments, therapy, and other destinationsObserve and document resident conditions, behaviors, and appetite; report changes to nursing staffUse and maintain equipment and supplies responsibly and cost-effectively What You’ll Bring CNA Certification (required)High School Diploma or GEDOne year of long-term care experience (preferred, not required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComfort with technology: Microsoft Office, POC, Electronic Health RecordsAbility to stay organized, accurate, and focused in a fast-paced environment Why Work at Messiah Lifeways?
