Duties include assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and escorts and transfers Assists residents with nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, providing proper fluid requirements, and offering substitutions when appropriateReminding residents to take medication and opening containers and packages for residentsRecognizes changes in the residents' behavior and conditions and reports those changes to the Assisted Living Director Qualifications High school graduate or GED preferredMust be licensed in Minnesota as a Certified Nursing Assistant and maintain current, active, and unencumbered licensureSimilar or same role working in a Long-Term Care Community, Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing equivalentExperience passing and handling medications and treatments in a Long-Term Care Community, Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing equivalent CNA wage is 22$ per hourAdditional $1 per hour included for being a trained and active medication aide Availability Required every weekend availability neededAlternating weekends, AM and PM shifts availableAdditional weekday shifts available
