About the role

The role of Nursing Clinical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing clinical operations within a healthcare facility. This includes managing staff schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing support to nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations including scheduling, staffing, and coordination with nursing staff.
• Ensure all clinical activities comply with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance patient care quality.
• Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to clinical operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
