About the role
Support non-critical patients in the Med Surg/Telemetry Department under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Provide basic nursing care
- Maintain a safe environment
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate preferred
- Current BLS certification within 30 days of hire, maintained current
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Minimum six months experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office preferred
