Responsibilities
- Provide personal hygiene care, assist with nutritional needs
- Assist with comfort care and other assistance
- Adequately and safely transfer patients
- Take vital signs and complete recordkeeping
- Recognize and promptly report changes in patient condition to the RNM
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients to promote the healing process
Requirements
- Must meet one of the following requirements:
- 6 months of nursing assistant experience
- Completion of one semester of clinical rotations within an accredited nursing program
- Enrollment into the Essentia Health Nursing Assistant Foundation Course within 30 days of hire
- Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program
- Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry
Qualifications
- This Position MUST Be Able To Work The Following 48 hours every two weeks
- Every other weekend
- Rotating 8 Hour Shifts
- Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Evening Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm
- Night Shift: 10pm - 6:30am

Shift Rotation: Day/Eve/Night Rotation
Shift Start/End: 6am, 2pm, 10pm/2:30pm, 10:30pm, 6:30am
