About the role
We are looking to hire you as a Nursing Assistant Candidate (pay begins after successful completion of the class as a Nursing Assistant) and offer FREE training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our Center. This is an opportunity to start a profession in the healthcare industry with no prior experience required.
Training Program
North Cascades Health and Rehabilitation Center is offering a Free Nursing Assistant Training Program. Training includes:
- Basic understanding of patient care
- Lecture and practical experience
- Emphasis on adult/geriatric care
Graduates are eligible to take the state Nursing Assistant Certification exam. All educational and clinical learning time is free, with the expectation that you will work in one of our Centers for a minimum of 6 months.
Requirements
- Must be reliable
- Able to pass a background screening
- Able to commit to completing the 4-week class
- Able to provide 2 references
- Must be at least 18 years of age at completion of class
