About the Role
Mountain View Health and Rehabilitation Center is offering a paid training program to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Upon successful completion of the state exam, you will begin work as a Nursing Assistant with pay. This is an opportunity to start a career in healthcare with no prior experience required.
All educational and clinical learning time is free, with the expectation that you will work in one of our centers for a minimum of 6 months while employed as a Nursing Assistant.
Training Program
The Free Nursing Assistant Training Program includes:
- Basic understanding of patient care
- Lecture and practical experience
- Emphasis on adult/geriatric care
Graduates are eligible to take the exam for state Nursing Assistant Certification.
Requirements
- Must be reliable
- Able to pass a background screening
- Able to commit to completing the 4-week class
- Able to provide 2 references
- Must be at least 18 years of age at completion of class
