Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide - Assisted Living & Memory Care
About the role
Marvella is seeking Caregivers, including E/O Weekend (Resident Assistant/Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide) to join our team. Responsibilities include the provision of high quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
- Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.

Pay
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $21.00 - $22.90 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Schedules are consistent & reliable hours.
Skills
To be considered for Assisted Living: caregiving experience helpful but not required.
