The Nursing Assistant, CNA is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services as outlined in the clients care plan. This position is responsible for following the direction of the nursing staff by following the individualized care plan for the clients they care for. Schedule Options: Full-Time Evening Shift. 2p-10:15p. Schedule includes various weekdays, every other weekend, and every other holiday.Full-Time Overnight NOC Shift. 10p-6:15a. Schedule includes working various weekdays, every other weekend, and every other holiday. Compensation and Benefits: The targeted pay range for this job is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour. Essential Job Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, and mobility. Provide incontinence care, oral care, and support with assistive devices. Monitor vital signs and assist with range of motion exercises. Respond to call lights and safety needs promptly. Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Support admissions, discharges, and accurate documentation. Communicate concerns to appropriate team members. Work collaboratively with staff in a dynamic care environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Required Qualifications: Must be 16 years of age or olderCertified Nursing Assistant certificateAbility to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formatsAble to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident’s Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalency One year experience as a CNAExperience working with Seniors
