Nursing Assistant-C4-Medical / Surgical Telemetry unit

About the role

Munson Healthcare is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant to work on the Medical / Surgical Telemetry unit. The position is PRN (Per Request Not Required) and shifts are available at night.

Responsibilities

• Performing basic patient care needs and services essential to caring for the patients' personal and comfort needs
• Completing personal hygiene tasks
• Collecting specimens as needed
• Aiding patients with daily walking and exercise routines
• Transferring patients between departments as necessary
• Observing, reporting, and documenting vital signs of the patient

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain CPR certification in adult maneuvers at all times
• May be required to lift more than 35 pounds
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
