Nursing Assistant

North Big Horn Hospital District · Douglas, WY · 1 mo ago
Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, qualifications, personal skills/traits, etc. No explicit headings like "About the role" but we can infer sections: maybe "About the role" (intro paragraph), "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Only include sections when posting has real specific content. No benefits/pay/schedule given, so omit those. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc). There's none. We need to format lists with
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to not repeat job title as heading. No job ID. We need to include sections only when content exists. Let's parse content: Intro: "Provides nursing assistant services to assigned patients in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s)." That's a prose description. Then "Required Qualifications Minimum Requirements Include The Following" then list: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Current CPR/BLS certification Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable) Must complete Certified Nursing Assistant course within 120 days of hire date. That's qualifications/requirements. Then "Major Duties and Responsibilities" then a long list of duties (many sentences). Could be turned into

    • each duty. Then "Additional Assigned Tasks" then list of tasks (many). Could be part of responsibilities or separate? Could be considered responsibilities as well. But we can combine into responsibilities. Then "Personal Skills And Traits Desired/Physical Requirements/Working Conditions" then list of skills/traits. Thus sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (duties + additional assigned tasks), Requirements (qualifications), Skills (personal skills and traits). No benefits/pay/schedule. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info: we must not omit any details. So we need to include each duty sentence as list item. Also each qualification bullet. Also each skill/trait bullet. We need to be careful not to duplicate content. The "Additional Assigned Tasks" includes many items like "Treats all patients with dignity and respect." etc. Those are more like responsibilities/behavior expectations. Could be part of responsibilities or separate section "Additional Assigned Tasks". But instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could merge them into Responsibilities. Thus Responsibilities section will contain all duties + additional assigned tasks. Now we need to format as HTML fragment: no or . Use

      for each section heading. Structure:

Actually there are two similar statements: "Ability to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary." and later "May work beyond assigned working hours, including weekends and holidays, when necessary." They are slightly different but both present. We should keep both as separate list items to preserve all info.
