Responsibilities
As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide compassionate, personalized care to patients, supporting RNs in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Prepare and transport patients.
- Communicate patient concerns to nurses.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery, celebrate milestones, and contribute to impactful patient care.
Qualifications And Skills
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and CPR certification is required.
