or drop it. Location, Worker Type, Work Shift could be minor metadata; we could include in a short p at top. We need sections: maybe About the role (overview), Responsibilities (what you will do), Requirements (essential qualifications + required education etc), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe not explicit), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we include only those with content. Let's extract: About the role: Could be "You Belong at Avera... Be part of a multidisciplinary team..." plus "A Brief Overview". That's descriptive. Responsibilities: The "What you will do" bullet list. Requirements: Essential Qualifications (must be able to work hours, visual acuity, communication, etc.) plus Required Education etc. Qualifications: Preferred Education etc. Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we can omit. Benefits: PTO day 1, up to 5% employer matching retirement, career development guided by hands-on training and mentorship. Also maybe mention Paid training + certification costs covered (that's more like benefit). Also sign on bonus and relocation bonus (though those are under Pay? Actually they are under Position Highlights). Could treat as Benefits? But they are monetary incentives; maybe include in Pay section? The instruction: include Pay section only if posting actually states them. Pay range is given: $19.75 - $26.00 (also Pay scale $21.00 - $26.00/hr). There's also sign on bonus and relocation bonus. We could include those in Pay section as extra. Schedule: Work Schedule details: Variable; can discuss during interview, Every other weekend & holiday, 72hrs/2wks full-time employment. We also have "No Experience? No Problem! Paid training + certification costs covered" - could be under Benefits or maybe under Qualifications? It's a benefit (training). We'll put under Benefits. Now construct HTML. We'll start with a
for metadata: Location, Worker Type, Work Shift maybe. Then sections:
