Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for non-critical patients.
• Provide basic nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Maintain a safe environment in the Behavioral Health Unit.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire (preferred).
• Current BLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintained thereafter.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months of previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office (preferred).
• Current Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certificate within 6 months of hire and maintained thereafter.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $16.30 to $22.07 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
