About the role
The Waterford at Colby is a premier retirement community in Colby, WI providing quality care to residents in an ASSISTED LIVING and MEMORY CARE community. Pay range is $17-$27/hr. based on experience, shift, and job roles.
Responsibilities
- Assists with instrumental activities of daily living
- Affords assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
- Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
- Sets up, serves meals, and cleans up afterwards
- Affords assistance with the planning and execution of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
- Treats residents with dignity and respect at all times
Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar
