About the role
The Waterford at West Bend is a premier retirement community in West Bend, WI providing quality care to residents in an Assisted Living & Memory Care community.
Responsibilities
- Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
- Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed.
- Aids in setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
- Aids in the planning and execution of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
- Treats residents with dignity and respect at all times.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred.
- Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.
Qualifications

Skills
